Italian language is not supported. You can select russian language in options.

What about your Windows? Xp or Wind 7,8?

win 7 ultimate im selected russian language in option and full upgrade now I see more chat with???? but just the details of the game such as quests or ii ii detali of personagi

Try this. Open Control Panel - Clock, Language, Region - Regional and Language Options - Advanced - "Language programs for non-Unicode - button " change the system language ", choose Russian. After that reboot your PC.
