there is a tool for smart phone that let you translate images from the camera. I've w10 so i don't think that is a font problem...

Hope you find the thing u wanted to in this game Wish u to spend happy hours there. To be honest, the first time I see an English player on the Russian server playing Arena, except some Italian guys I think Inception's piece of advice has helped you.
